time clock

On 1st August 2011 the Sydney Chinese Consul General accepted my letter. Time passes, without response from China. A clear message to All of the Chinese lack of concern for an (ANY) Australian's Legal Rights. Consequently my campaign has escalated..
THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHINESE DENIALS OF THE TRUTHFULNESS OF THE CONTENT OF THIS BLOG. THEREFORE CCP DOES NOT DISPUTE THEIR DENIAL OF LEGAL RIGHTS OF AN AUSTRALIAN
My other letter to Chinese Ambassador Canberra 13.9.2011 remains unanswered. Typical response.

Dear Mr. Xi Jinping:
Hello!
I am an old woman from Beijing, more than 80 years old. My name is Wang Xiuying. On the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party China (CPC), I would like to discuss the issue of the CPC’s legitimacy. As everyone knows, the CPC was established under the rule of the Guomindang. Under the situation of the time, the CPC could not possibly become a lawful organization. Since 1949, when the CPC gained political power, up until today, successive general secretaries of the CPC have not resolved the issue of the Party’s lawful status—this cannot be justified. After the 18th National Congress of the CPC, you became the new General Secretary of the Party. This is a historical opportunity and, at the same time, a historical honor, that is placed right in front of you.
Recently, through the means of Open Government Information, I received the government’s reply [about the legal status of the CPC]: the CPC has not registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and also does not have an organization ID number. The Constitution of the People’s Republic of China has a very clear stipulation that no organization or individual can override the authority of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the law. The Constitution of the Communist Party of China also has a very clear stipulation that Party activities fall within the scope of the Constitution of the PRC and the law. The State Council has a special regulation, the Regulation on Registration and Administration of Social Organizations, which also stipulates that all social groups must register with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Moreover, on May 7, 2012, the Minister of Civil Affairs officially published a speech in which he affirmed that all political parties and social organizations must be registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs.[1] The CPC is the ruling party but is also a social group. As the law clearly indicates, it must also respect the laws of the state and must register with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Otherwise, it is an illegal organization.
Mr. Xi Jinping, all the world knows that you are a well-read, well-educated, and multi-talented head of state. You yourself have a doctorate degree in law, and your power is conferred by the Constitution. You, as the General Secretary of the CPC, must know the country’s Constitution and CPC Constitution by heart, and must understand thoroughly the relevant rules about governing the country. And you must surely be strictly following the country’s Constitution and laws, as well as that of the Party Constitution. On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, I would like to offer you this advice: Go to the Ministry of Civil Affairs as soon as possible to get the CPC registered so that it becomes a lawful organization. Otherwise, in the current state of affairs, anyone can charge the Minister of Civil Affairs with wrongdoing, because he is exercising power that has not been conferred to him by law. Moreover, since it is not possible for the CPC to only rely on members’ fees to operate, it needs capital support from the country’s treasury. In doing so, isn’t the CPC a mafia? On top of that, the party’s absolute control on the army wouldn’t have legal basis, and that will inevitably lead to a series of legal chaos.
Mr. Xi Jinping, since the 18th CPC National Congress, there has been major exposition of the notion of “ruling the country according to the law” through the resolutions in several plenary sessions. You yourself also wrote a lot of articles emphasizing strict party discipline. You especially said: that which is used to strike the iron has to be itself hard. Now, this historical honor is within your grasp: You will for sure become the greatest CPC leader since Mao Zedong. Over 80 million CPC members are all anticipating excitedly: that you will let them become part of a lawful organization. Finally, please kindly convey my regards to your mother, wife, and daughter.
